 As first-time homebuyers, as well as having a bad experience with a previous realtor, Noelle was a breath of fresh air. From day one, Noelle took the time to truly listen to what we wanted. She respected our financial and geographical boundaries, understood our comfort level, and never once tried to push us into making a decision that wasn't right for us. Instead, she patiently guided us through countless home showings and open houses until we found the perfect home. Once we found "the one," the work wasn't over. During the negotiation process, Noelle was our biggest advocate. She fought for us every step of the way while keeping us informed and helping us understand our options, never making us feel pressured.   I called Noelle off a mailing i received of a prior closing she had in my area. She is extremely impressive to work with. Shes very patient, thorough, and a brilliant mind that brings a next level of calm to the table along with her depth of knowledge. MY buyers and their attorney were a difficult group to deal with, and although no 2 closings are the same. i don't believe i would have closed without Noelle's negotiation skill set. Anyone that works with her is lucky.
