  I had just the best experience working with Noelle. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed to do to get my home sold. I believe it was her knowledge and resources that sold my home in three days and helped me close in 30 days as I wanted. She was available at anytime to listen or reach out. One very important quality Noelle has is her ability to listen. She isn't pushy but when needed she will stand strong and fight for you. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you will be extremely happy. Noelle made what could be a stressful time, not so stressful at all. I would recommend Noelle over and over again

 Noelle is an excellent real estate professional who is always available, gives a prompt response, and able to support.  Our closing was difficult due to challenges from buyer's side but Noelle negotiated tactfully and efficiently.  I can't be happier with Noelle's help all along.  

  Noelle was very responsive and knowledgeable. She works 24 hours a day 7 days a week. She made the process very seamless and made us feel very comfortable...and she is a very nice person.

"Noelle is the best. She was extremely patient with us as we searched for our new home. Once found she helped us every step of the way, from negotiations to inspections. All of her recommendations were spot on; attorney, inspectors: home, septic, pool, termite, etc. Many times she made the calls and appointments for us. We liked her so much we retained her to list our home. She did great advertising including mailers. Her photographer was top notch and included drone shots. She studied the comps in our area and helped us determine the appropriate selling price. We sold in one week for above asking; never even needed the scheduled open house. When the bank appraiser came she was here to  advocated for us. If you're shopping or selling, or both, I cannot recommend her highly enough."
